You can renew a license online. Those who have a driver’s license issued since 2002, Florida can renew it at your local office of the license, or Internet, or by mail. You can renew your license up to 18 months prior to its expiration.
If you don’t need to come to an office, urge you that you skip the visit and make your renewal online at www.GoRenew.com using Internet can renew your driver’s license, identification card, their plates from the vehicle, and change your address.

Florida State Statutes require that all motor vehicles, vessels, mobile homes and trailers in Florida be registered and/or titled.
You can renew your motor vehicle license plate, mobile home, vessel, or disabled person parking placard registration online, in person, or by mail.

Drivers who are citizens of the United States or immigrants can renew by mail each other renewal.
You will receive a renewal notice by email approximately 30 days until their licence expires. They shall not work by additional cost if the renewal is effected by mail.

Once your application has been processed, you will receive a license of six or eight years. Florida laws require you to destroy the old license after receiving the new.
All drivers 80 years of age or older and that they are in the process of renewing your driver’s license are required to pass a vision exam. The test can be administered in the office of license without any additional charge or may be administered by a licensed health care provider, such as your doctor, osteopath or optometrist. If the exam is administered by your doctor, an eye exam report must be completed and submitted to the Department. For your convenience, you can ask your health care provider to submit the form electronically through the Internet (www.flhsmv.gov/ ddl/vision). Once it was filed by electronic means, you may renew through the Internet, by phone or by mail.
If you choose your view to be examined in the office of the license tax collector office or local,
an appointment so that we can serve you more efficiently. When you pass the eye exam, you can complete the renewal process. However, if a problem is detected, you will be referred to an eye doctor until you can renew the license.
