How do I get started using my online member account to manage my Oregonian subscription?
To access your subscription account you will first need to activate an online member account. It’s EASY! Visit our activation page to get started. Just enter your email address along with your subscription details – your zip code, phone number, house number or subscriber account number. If you are not a subscriber to The Oregonian you can view our available offers to get started.
What if I forgot my password?
Go to our Member Portal, enter your email address and click on Forgot Password. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password. Passwords must be 7 characters and include 1 number.
I am a subscriber. Once I activate my member account, what types of transactions can I enter using my account?
You can update your account profile information, place a temporary vacation hold, report a delivery issue and make a one-time payment for the amount you were last billed, as well as a carrier tip, using your bank debit or credit card. Once you have logged in to our Member Portal, click on Manage Subscription from the navigation bar to enter a transaction for your Oregonian subscription.
You said I could enter a temporary vacation hold while I am away. How long can you hold my papers?
To temporarily suspend your delivery while away, you will need to provide a restart date that is within 45 days of your temporary stop date. If you don’t know when you want to have your delivery resumed, or if you need to hold longer than 45 days, please call our Subscriber Services Team at 503-221-8240.

Our delivery time within the Portland Metropolitan area is 5:30am Monday through Saturday and 7:00am on Sunday.
